In a saucepan heat water, salt and butter over a medium heat. Bring it to boil.
Now turn off the heat, add refined flour and beat continuously with a wooden spoon, until the mixture is well combined.
Now bring the mixture at room temperature. Now crack 1 egg at a time and mix properly. Add all the eggs and mix properly until the mixture is smooth.
Fill the mixture into piping bag and pipe into the strips onto a baking sheet.
Bake it for 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degree celsius.
Once the mixture is baked it will become lighter in weight and hollow from inside.
Now in a piping bag add whipped cream. Cut the downside of eclairs and fill it with whipped cream.
Now dip the top of the eclairs into melted chocolate.
Cool it down and serve with tea and coffee.
