Ingredients

  • Water 3/4 cup


  • Butter 8 tablespoon


  • Salt 1 pinch


  • Refined flour 1 cup


  • Egg 4 number


  • Melted chocolate 1 cup


  • Whipped cream 1/2 cup

Directions

  • In a saucepan heat water, salt and butter over a medium heat. Bring it to boil.
  • Now turn off the heat, add refined flour and beat continuously with a wooden spoon, until the mixture is well combined.
  • Now bring the mixture at room temperature. Now crack 1 egg at a time and mix properly. Add all the eggs and mix properly until the mixture is smooth.
  • Fill the mixture into piping bag and pipe into the strips onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake it for 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degree celsius.
  • Once the mixture is baked it will become lighter in weight and hollow from inside.
  • Now in a piping bag add whipped cream. Cut the downside of eclairs and fill it with whipped cream.
  • Now dip the top of the eclairs into melted chocolate.
  • Cool it down and serve with tea and coffee.
